At KEEN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unworn items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online Returns Center and enter your order number and billing zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Select the items you wish to return and download your prepaid UPS shipping label provided by our system.

• 3.
  Pack Your Gear

  Place the unworn footwear in its original packaging and secure it inside a sturdy shipping box with the label attached.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Hand your package to any authorized UPS location; once received at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
